Seeking a culinary, food, and hospitality consultant? I’ve been immersed in the culinary world for over 40 years- from running my own food distribution company in the ’80s to owning a bustling restaurant in Chicago, I’ve left my mark in kitchens nationwide.
I’ve earned recognition for my culinary skills, winning awards at the National Restaurant Association food show in Chicago from 1974 to 1980, and proudly representing our nation at the Culinary Olympics in Erfurt, Germany, in October 2016. For two decades, I applied my expertise to Sysco Food Service of Arizona, driving innovation and operational excellence.
In my spare time, I’m dedicated to nurturing the next wave of culinary talent at respected Junior Colleges, sharing knowledge, and molding aspiring chefs into industry leaders.
Beyond the kitchen, you’ll find me capturing moments with my camera, driving exotic cars, and lending a hand at C-CAP, where I help high schoolers chase culinary dreams.
