About our owner

 

My name is Howard Pierceall CEC, CCE 

I have over 40 years of experience as a Chef in food service and hospitality industry. I have worked in some of the best restaurants and companies in the country. I owned my own Food distribution company from 1989 to 1997. Owned my own restaurant in Chicago in 1982. Spent 19 years with Sysco Food Service of Arizona. I have been an instructor at several Junior Colleges.
I have done food competitions at the National Restaurant Association food show in Chicago winning awards from 1974 to 1980. In October 2016 I attended the Culinary Olympics in Erfurt Germany.
When not working ;
I enjoy photography, exotic cars, racing, travel and meeting new people.
I volunteer with C-CAP (Careers through Culinary apprenticeship Programs) a non-profit group.
That offers High School students an opportunities to earn educational scholarships for culinary school. I help preparing students for competitions and have been a judge. Students have received scholarships ranging from $2,000 to $100,000.
